26th August - News!
Sorry for the lack of updates, i'm currently off gallavanting around Japan for a year. But i'll be back home in a few months and will start adding in lots of new things around here then. For those of you who missed it though Lost Lenore received a complete revamp in March so please check that out.
I've updated the links page with a few new sites. I'd especially like to point you to Next Generation - a shrine to an unlikely yet endearing couple made by this talented girl. A definite recommend. :]
Some Exciting News!
Two pieces of exciting news for you today! The first being that Time Stranger Kyoko, ION and Firecracker is Melancholy (retitled Short-Tempered Melancholic) have been licensed by Viz - meaning all of Tanemura Arina's works have been licensed! You can read the full article here.
Recently Arina-sensei made her first trip to America, attending Comic-Con 2007, where some of you may have been lucky enough to get her sign or attend her focus panel. The folk over at ANN managed to secure an interview with here which asks some interesting questions. What i'd like to draw your attention though is the question about her next work - which is quite likely going to be a fantasy. Not only that but a long one too - if it happens, of course.
Although i've generally enjoyed Shinshi Doumei Cross, and her story telling skills really blosom in this series, I personally much prefer her previous works. To me, this is the most exciting news I could possibly hear. All the imagination of her previous works combined with improved skills. If she goes ahead with this it could be groundbreaking.
17th January - Domain Revamped!
And here we have the latest version of Meroko.org AKA Squid Lover. Other than a new look we also have a new section all about Tanemura Arina along with a new links page.
The revamp for Lost Lenore is nearly complete so keep an eye out for that. For those of you who have Tanemura Arina related sites hosting is still open so check that out here.
